 Had a pleasant leisure time with aunt's family for some Japanese light food last night.

Personal recommendation on this soba salad. 

Combination of cold buckwheat noodles, tempura crisp, seaweed, sesame seeds, iceberg lettuce and mixed vegetable.

It's a good source of light carb and protein especially for the workout beginner like me me me!

Hahaa, everything is tough at the beginning.

So just move on and see what will be accomplished!

My abs, just watch out and wait for your mummy to kick out the oily fatty tummy kay!
